Angry replace fan with a light with a new light fixture

Bought new light fixture, took down old fan, and forgot to mark wires. New light has 2 black wires/2 white wires/1 ground wire. Box from ceiling has 1 white/1black/1 ground/ and 1 red wire. //how do I connect the wires.

Shut off the circuit breaker before proceeding. Do not rely on the wall switch to remove power.

Cap off the black wire from the ceiling. Make sure it is electrically isolated, since it is hot.

Connect the new fixture's two black wires to the red wire from the ceiling. Connect the fixture's two white wires to the white wire from the ceiling. Connect the grounding wire from the fixture to the grounding wire from the ceiling.
