20 amp light fixtures

a bit of a novice to home wiring, though i do ind. maintenance, and have a general understanding and respect for electricity, i have a question about wiring a light fixture. i am installing a wet bar, and have two 20 amp gfi circuits supplying outlets at said bar,(above countertop along wall). I also have a 20 amp circuit, gfi, outlet at the bar island. is it possible to supply a switched light fixture for track lighting above the island, by tapping off the dedicated 20 amp gfi at the island? any info or assistance is greatly appreciated

Possible? Yes. Legal? Unknown. This MAY be considered a kitchen, meaning you need a second circuit serving the counter and neither of those circuits can serve the lights. The answer depends on what else is there and on the inspector.
