Angry Does dishwasher and refrg. need dedicated circuits?

Remodeling an old kitchen. The refreg.'s receptacle is on the same line of other few receptacles in the kitchen. Do I have to seperate it from others?

What about the dishwasher? Dishwasher needs to be hard wired, right?

Thank you.

A dishwasher can be hardwired or plug in. It can share a circuit with a disposal if you want.

A refrigerator can be on one of the small appliance circuits, or on it;s own dedicated circuit. You do not want it to be GFCI protected.

Thank you for your quick response. The refreg. is next to the countertop. I'm afraid people would use the countertop receptacle to plug into a microwave oven. They are on the same circuit.

So put the refrigerator on a dedicated circuit.
