wires running next to each other

wires running next to each other

I know that when you are running wires that are on different circuits you should not have more than 2 running together. My question is what about at the breaker panel where all the wires come in. My box they are all overlapped from the floor joists down to the panel about 2ft, is this normal and acceptable?

You only need to derate if all the cables are run for more then 24" together.
