Flushed Back porch lighting..?

I have recessed lighting on my back porch. The lights are about 6" in diameter and have a set-up that consists of deep dish canisters for the lights, this are flushed with the stucco texture. I want to install some ceiling fans on this fixtures...

How do I go about doing that? Do I need to replace the whole light fixture mount with the normal boxed type? Do I need more support to compensate for the weight of said ceiling fan..?

Please, direct me to the right path..

Thanks

Yes and yes.

Ceiling fans require a proper junction box that can accommodate the weight of a ceiling fan.
