ceiling fan

i have a ceiling box with an existing ceiling fan. my problem is the wiring coming in is a mess. i have a black coming in tied to a white going to fan, off of the wires coming in i have two blacks going out tied to a white going in the same direction do you know whats going on with all these blacks tied to the whites threr isn't any three way switches tied to this circuit, and i would like to wire the fan and lite to work off of the pull cords when the power is on at the wall switch. thanks

Just connect the new fan and light to the same two wires that the old fan was/is connected to.

If you want to figure it out, examine the wiring at the switch and use a meter/tester to sort it out.

Where is the rest of the fan wires connected?
I don't know about the fan white being connected to a black but the white from the cable being connected to the blacks could be a switch loop. This would be normal. The black from the same cable would the switched power wire coming back from the switch.
