What brand and model panel is this?

Turn off MAIN POWER before attempting

Most panels you pull off cover, unscrew hot wire on breaker(s), and pull breaker out.

When that's the only detail I get, my first thought is "WHY?"

Breaker

It's the Air Conditioner breaker, about once a day it trips when the air is on for a long time in the heat.

It's more likely that the A/C needs service rather than a bad breaker. Clean the A-frame coils, clean the condenser, have an A/C tech check the refrigerant level and put an amp meter on the compressor.

If you do decide to change the breaker, you need to first be aware that there is no completely safe way to do it. So you have to be very careful. Shut off the main breaker. If you don't have a main breaker, stop here! Remove the panel cover carefully, understanding that you can get killed just doing this one step if you bump that panel cover into the wrong thing inside the panel. Then stand there for ten minutes looking at it before doing anything. Figure out which parts of the panel are still energized with deadly power. Next, test everything before you touch it. If the screws and wires on the breaker show as dead, carefully remove the wires. The breaker then usually just snaps out. Then snap the new one in, reconnect the wires, tightening the screws to the specified torque, and replace the panel cover.

If you're not 100% comfortable with this, and maybe even if you are, get help. There are dangers in this operation that cannot be completely eliminated.
