Question Bath exhaust fan w/light,wired w/2 switches

I want to wire an exhaust fan w/light to 2 switches. One switch I want to operate fan and light. The other switch will operate fan only but I want fan to be 3-way.Is this possible? Can anyone tell me the best way to wire this circuit? Thank you.

As soon as you tie the fan and light together from one switch, any additional connection from a different switch to the fan will still cause both to operate.

What most people do is separate the fan and the light on two different switches. This allows them to operate each function independently, or simply turn on both switches to activate the fan and light together.

You can make one or both of the switches a 3-way.

The answer to your "is this possible" question is "no", at least not with ordinary wiring.
