Range hood exhaust fan

I am installing a new power module exhaust for my range made by Broan. The unit has three wires a black, white and Green/Yellow. My feed has only two wires running in a BX cable terminating to the units junction box (white/orange). I have connected my white to white and orange to to black but am not sure where the green/yellow (ground) should be terminated. Would appreciate some insight.

If the BX cable counts as a ground (look carefully for a ground wire running inside the BX) then you are grounded by the BX. If it does not then you really should replace the cable or provide an alternative (and legal) ground.
