Kitchen lighting circuit

The 15 amp circuit that lights my kitchen has 4 light fixtures, and 6 receptacles on it. The receptacles are all in the hallways and living area. I want to add undercabinet fluoresecent lights, and two pendant lights in the kitchen. Plus maybe a new light over the dining room table. Will this require a second circuit?

Add up the total wattage of the lights. Not what bulbs you have installed, but the maximum allowed for the fixture. Then see how much wattage is left. A 15 amp circuit can supply 1800 watts.

Whatever is left over is the amount available for the receptacles. How do you use them? Television? Vacuum cleaner? Nothing?

Thank you. TV, floor lamp, and vacuum on the other receptacles. But I will run a new circuit for the TV/entertainment.
