J box accessibility

I'm changing out a couple of wall sconces in a bathroom and replacing them with a light bar over a large mirror. It will be a pretty simple change if I use one of the existing wall sconce boxes as a J box and just extend the cable in the same stud bay to power the light bar. The J box would be covered by the mirror.

Is this considered accessible? The mirror is held up with clips and not glued to the wall. Eliminating the box means pulling drywall and tile off two walls to get all the way back to the switch and I would rather not do that.

I would think you are okay. You are using a blank cover on the box, aren't you?
