Unhappy Need adapter/transformer for macbook+ipod

I just bought a macbook and an ipod nano. I need a adapter/tranformer (i dont know the difference) for continual use, to plug into middle eastern circuits (mostly israel) which are 220v. I would like it to have fuse protection and maybe even a warranty, because i dont want my 2000$ of equipment to fry. I know there are lots of horror stories regarding the nano getting fried, because it is such a low voltage. Please respond. Thanx

The chargers for those devices. at least the Apple supplied ones, are universal. All you need is the plug adapters, and I believe apple offers them.

You don't need a fused adapter for Israel, for I believe they use 16A fuse radials. The only place you should have a fused adapter is in the UK, where they use 32A ring circuits with up to 13A fuses in their plugs.
