220 to 110 splitter

I am wondering if this is possible and if so, how it can be accomplished.

I would like to construct a splitter that would would take a 220 volt outlet and split it into two independent 110 volt circuits.

Thanks for any help.

It depending on how big you want to make the splitter is

but basic rules here to do that in proper way the exsting 240 volt repectale must have 4 wire repectale set up to get this working right but if have 3 wire set up you cant because the netrual and ground is tied together on 3 wire set up and that part that is a no no.

once you tell me what the 240 volt repecteale you have like dryer or range type or other size then i can able guide the correct way how to do this in safe manner

Merci , Marc

Start at the beginning. What are you trying to do? Is this temporary? Permanent?
