There are probably going to be a gazillion questions to ensure you did the upgrade correctly - most importantly, were the feeders from the poco to the meter correctly sized for a 200A service?

As for your current problem, without more information, it sounds like you may have a neutral issue. Instead of 120v at a receptacle you probably have ~160v or so. This can be verified with a multimeter.

Possibly, you swapped the neutral and a hot leg, or maybe the neutral isn't connected securely. Regardless, shut off the main breaker until you find the problem - it's not good for anything plugged in.

You have a neutral issue. TURN OFF YOUR MAIN BREAKER. TURN IT OF NOW. Do not use any electricity until you fix the problem.

It may not even be on your end, perhaps when the PoCo transfered service they made a boo boo on the neutral connection.
