Replace ozone generator

Hi, I looked for this topic in spas and pools, but didn't find anything relevant. The ozone generator in our spa no longer works and we'd like to replace it.Our spa is a Leisure Bay, 15 years old, kept indoors. Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks so much!

Key words...spa, Pool, water, and electric.

Because of safety and code concerns, You will be "REQUIRED" to replace the generator with the unit "Specified' by the manufacturer. After 15 years and unless the part has been superseded , or a replacement unit has been deemed acceptable , Your kinda stuck.

your best tool here is the Owners and/or operation manual, and the installation manual. Walk around the unit, open any access panels, (With the power OFF of course) and copy all information and #'s you can find. Try the manufacturers website , for any missing information.
electrical codes are very specific and very strict in this area , due to the Nature of the beast. Electric and water don't mix, and a mixed -up part number , or a non approved application , can easily kill someone.
