please help .. need to put a plug outlet in the basement that has none

makeing a shop .. kiln is 20 amps,, lights and exhaust 20 amps .. thats probably the most power id need to run the shop ..
the problem is theres no plug outlets only the apartments main power supply .. what would be the easiest way to have a plug outlet instaled in the basement for a small shop .. please help .. thank you

The information this is an apartment building means for legal reasons you need to have the work done by a licensed electrician. The correct terminology is receptacle. Your use of "plug outlets" indicates you may not be at the skill level necessary to do this work even if you legally could.

What voltage is the kiln? Your mention of 20 amps seems to indicate it is 240 volts since a 120 volt appliance usually uses less then 20a. Is the other equipment 120V. If yes to these questions a subpanel may be a good way to go.
