You have an damaged neutral connection, somewhere on that circuit.

If you know what is on the circuit( You should....)--rule of thumb is the last location that works, or the first that does not...

This may be in any of the outlet boxes, the light boxes on the ceiling, or anywhere on the circuit. If you dont know how the circuit is run, the only option is to start opening boxes, and remaking wirenut connections and inspecting outlet connections...Move all the "Backstabs" to the screw connections at this time.....

Somewhere on the circuit you will find a neutral wire , that is either burnt, or loose , or disconnected, or broken. This will be your problem area...Repair as necessary and retest.
