wiring 220v recepticals off of a subpanel?

wiring 220v recepticals off of a subpanel?

i would like to ad two 220v plugins off of my subpanel .. i will be putting them on two different cuircits. my plugins have two hot terminals and a green ground terminal.. my wire has a red, black white,and a bare copper .. witch should go were?... thanks..

You don't use the white wire.
Black and red go on the double pole breaker.
Bare goes in the ground bus.

does it matter what side the red and black wires are connected to the receptical.. thanks for the help
