Bathroom receptacle

Just to double check.......

My daughter is too short to see the bathroom mirror while blowing her hair dry........I need another bathroom receptacle, on the wall opposite the sink.

In this wall , is an abandoned 12/2 wg cable, originally a dedicated circuit for a well pump.

I know I cant share receptacle circuits in the bathroom with other rooms, But is there anything to stop me from adding a new dedicated circuit in the bathroom????

It would of course be GFCI protected, and 20 amps.

he actually liked it being new and dedicated....
