Electrical wiring problem

The electrical cord from underneath my adjustable bed came loose. When I lifted the foundation of the bed to check out where the wire came from. there is only one black wire coming from the box. There is a white wire and a black wire from the cord. It appears that only the black wire was attached to the cord. I searched for the other white wire to connect ; but there was none. Is it safe to just reconnect the black wireto the cord?

Both wires need to connect to the bed. If you can't figure out where contact the manufacturer. Maybe they have an electrical drawing they can send you.

IMO i think it is the best and safest way is get ahold of manufacter to make sure the connection is correct for this type of bed.

Merci,Marc
