You may need to derate per NEC.
8 is max as long as you meet the other criteria for conduit fill.
How many current carrying conductors?
What is the ambient temperature?
Do they pass through the attic?

Typically with 1/2 inch PVC shed 40 8 wires{ 12 gauge THHN/THWN} is pretty much the limit for most case but if you have shed 80 PVC 90į ell or shed 80 PVC conduit then the bet is off.

more detail.

First off thanks for replies is very helpful!

I will explain the project. I am running a 120 volt cuircuit to each of 3 sheds. The sheds are sitting next to each other, each shed is 3 feet apart. I am running a 60 amp subpanel which I will mount on the first shed. From the subpanel 3 cuircuits are being run. I will with pvc conduit enter the first shed with 3 cuircuits, one cuircuit I will hook up lights outlets a 5 amp room air conditioner in the first shed, the other 2 cuircuits I will send through the first using romex and then switching to thhn/thwn with a lb connector to go outside for about 3 feet and enter with 2 cuircuits into the 2nd shed. 1 cuircuit I will use for lights/receptales in 2nd shed and travel with 1 ciurcuit to the third shed.

whew.. Its the connection with 2 cuircuits from shed 1 to shed 2 that I am asking about..

How many current carrying conductors?

2 black hot wires, 2 neutral, 2 ground. so I guess 4 carrying conductors..all running 120

What is the ambient temperature?

Well its southern Ca, inside a shed and then outside the shed for about 3 feet then back inside the shed. so hmm could be 90 degrees-100 the hottest I guess.

Do they pass through the attic?

no

Thanks for replies let me know if you think it is legal!

hope this clarifys..
