Outlets for 20amp circuits

I run several 20amp circuits for various kitchen circuits. Do I need to install 20amp GFCI/standard receptacles on these or can I just use 15amp?

Typically in the USA the 15A duplex for kitchen circuit is fine.

While the Canada verison somehow diffrent for a true 20 amp ciruit it have be 20 amp receptale or 15 amp split ciruit.
