Wiring A 30 Amp Rv Plug
The Camp Ground I'm Staying At Has Only A Single 30 Amp Plug On The Pedestal For The Trailer So All Other 110 Plugs Have To All Go Thru The Outlet On The Front Of The Trailer So I'm Wonder If There Is A Way To Make A Box That I Can Plug Into The 30 Amp Outlet And Plug The Traler Into That And Also Have A 110 Outlet On Too.
Thank You

You can't do that without also protecting it with a 15-amp breaker. It would be easier and safer to install a weatherproof box & receptacle somewhere on the exterior of the trailer and wire it off the main panel -- and add a breaker there to accommodate it.

Maybe I missed something, but There are adaapters that fit your 30 amp plug and make it a plain ole outlet. Unless we are talking about a 220 volt RV system, which it seems are rare, this adapter works just fine since the RV plug is generally 110 volts, but rated at 30 amps. Might not be able to use A/C, but I myself have never had any problems using the adapter on my trailer.

The OP apparently wants to add a 15A outlet inline with the 30A line feeding the RV.
An RV plug Y splitter could be used, if there is such a thing.
A 30A to 15A adapter must have some sort of 15A fuse or circuit breaker.
I concur with the others, it is probably better just to use a standard extension cord and connect to the RV for a 15A outlet.
