Need Help on Transformer test

What test should be performed on power transformers to check for proper connections and determine if an open circuit condition or high resistance connection exists in parallel conductor windings?
A. Transformer Turns Ratio
B. Insulation Power Factor
C. Winding resistance
D. All of the above.

Can anyone help me out here?

Only one of the listed answers is a diagnostic test, one is a property of the transformer construction, and the other uses terms that don't make sense together.

It's not (D)....why not study what each test is and maybe that will lead you to the answer...

Actually, all of these are diagnostic tests used for transformers. The insulation power factor (or tan-delta) test, for instance, is used to find water contamination or degradation of the insualtion. The question is, which test(s) will find the conditions the question is looking for?
