Meter Main Question

Because the 200A distribution panel in the house I'm building will be on an interior wall about 20 feet from the outside meter, I have to use a CSED (meter main). All the distribution panels I've seen (Square D QO is what I plan to use) have a 200A breaker that comes with them. Is it any problem to basically have two disconnects, one inside and one outside? Or is there a panel I can use that doesn't have a spot for a disconnect?

Yes you can have both disconnects. The type of panel that does not have a disconnect is called "main lugs only", but often the package deal panels that come with a main breaker and a few other breakers are cheaper than an MLO panel alone.
