Circuit load

Can I put the following on one 20amp circuit?

6 lights (ceiling cans with 65 watts bulbs)
7 outlets with one that will feed 42" LCD tv, DVD player, Cable box, XBox, surround sound system.

Yes, those things are fine on a 20A circuit. A 20A circuit can supply up to 2400W (120V * 20A). Your lights are 65W * 6 = 390W which leaves 2010W. If you add up the power requirements of the other stuff I'm sure you'll find it's quite a bit less than that.
