Low Temp Thermostat for electric heat

I'm putting elect baseboard heat in my storage shed, but I only want it to run enough to keep the contents above freezing. Where can I find a thermostat that has the ability to maintain a temp that low?

40 deg low temp. Don't know if there's one that would have lower temp.

Check out this thread. I can't find the english directions right now so I'm not sure how it would work with baseboard heat.
