How many 14/2-14/3?

How many vertical runs of 14/2 -14/3 from bottom to top can i have on a stud?

If more than one ,should they be stapled individually?

Thank you

The 3M stak-it staples hold four. Each needs to be stapled individually roughly in the center third of the stud (1-1/4" from the nailing face), which is a problem if you have more than two cables. That's where these come in handy:

Ibpooks { ben } have right idea and this item is very common you should have no issue find them in big box store at all.

They are only few Euros { dollars }

but if only two cables the standard NM staple or nail on will work fine { some inspectors will not approve that one so look at the package }

Yeah in conduit or bundled more than 24 inches yes then you have to derate it but term " bundle " will varies a bit depending on how you run them if between the floor joints typically are on 16 inch on centre they will not derated unless you stuff them like heck.

In other area it will depending on how you set up the conductors or cable in there.

Merci,Marc
