Rough-in Insp for outlets on finish walls?

I dont know how the rough-in or final inspection apply for this situation:

The plaster and lath was completly removed from one side of the wall to be drywall later .
The other side of the wall left intact
Im installing outlets on both sides, the ones on the open side require a RI and when that side of the wall is finish, the Final Insp.

The outlets on the wall's finish side have the back of the boxes and wires visible from the open side .
Do these outlets also require RI and Final or can i go ahed and connect what is on the finish side?
Thank you

The ones on the finished side will need a rough in inspection because the back of the wall is open. This can be done the same time as the open side. You shouldn't need to wait for the rough in inspection to finish the finished side of the wall. Unless your inspector is really picky. If that is the case wire the devices on the finished side but let them hang out so he/she can see the splices and wire length.
