Circuit Problem

So out of three rooms, kitchen, dining, and living room, i changed all the switches and outlets. In the end all but the living room power worked. I double checked the outlets and switches, still nothing. Then i replaced the new switches and outlets with the old ones. Still nothing.

What can this mean?

It means that you either left a wire disconnected somewhere or there was a three way switch & you replaced it with a 2 way. Are there 2 entrances to the living room & a switch at each entrance? A third possibility is a breaker is off at the panel box.

Do you have a living room where both halves of each duplex L.R. outlet stay live?, or are half of each duplex outlets (may be for just some) switched? If they are controlled by a switch by the door or hall, the bonded brass hot-wire connection at the side connection of the outlet is to be broken. But don't go trying anything like that till we all figure out your problem.
