switched outlets??

I have two outlets that are controled by a switch.I'm using outlets for flourscent lights (plug-in) and an iron. They are always on now and if I fip the switch it pops the breaker.I'm looking online now to see how to wire them right but all I'm finding is wiring one side of the outlet to be switched.Power comes in to the switch first.I want both outlets to be switched
(top and bottom of both outlets)

There could be problems other than the wiring. I am assuming that all worked well until recently?????? That could be loose connections, bad fixtures/iron, bad switch, bad outlet. Check those things before you start rewiring.

With the power into the switch you would splice the whites to the whites, ground to the grounds with a pigtail for the ground screw on the switch. Black to one screw, other black to the other screw.
