Electric outlet issue

I have 3 plugs that our wired in to the fuse box on the side of the house. First one goes to the refridgerator. Second is a GFI to a toaser. Third is on the middle island in the kitchen not used.

Today my wife use a waffle iron on the island outlet. It tripped the second toaster GFI outlet and the first outlet with the fridge is not working.

The one switch on the fuse box that controls these outlets will not turn on. When I try it flips back to off. Also the GFI on second toaster outlet will not reset.

How do I fix it?

Are each of these cables wired to the same breaker or separate breakers? Let's clarify terminology while we are at it. Is it a "fuse" box or breaker box. Is it a "switch" or a breaker? Outlets are any place where electricity is used, so a light fixture is an outlet. Let's use "receptacle" instead.
Now if it is a breaker, what size is it? What size wire is being used to each receptacle?
