which brakers for lights?

i have lights and a few plugs with cable 14 on the same braker. I think i had a 15 amp braker but this broke and i have a 20 amp braker that i installed. Is this ok or risky?

With 14 AWG conductor size you only can use 15 amp breaker you can NOT use 20 amp breaker on this useage.

So get the correct breaker and do it in safe manner.

Merci.

Before the 20 amp breaker would trip the smaller wires could overheat and lead to a fire. Change the breaker back to a 15 amp.
