Wall outlet, top controlled by light switch

I am replacing a broken outlet, the top portion of it controlled by a wall switch. I know I have to break tabs on the side... do I break one or both? One side has 2 white wires and ground. The other side has a red and black wire.

Look at the old one and copy exactly how that one is. Likely you will only have to break out the brass one.
