Question Help with a switch

Ok, so while renovating a basement and switching out a light (after my pro electrician wired the place for me), I've gotten my self into a jam.

I have a box at the bottom of my stairs for a light. On this box there are three wires coming in. the first, the line from the panel. The second, the wire leading to the light switch at the top of the stair. The third a line leading out to a light in the cold cellar that should be able to be used regardless of whether or not the light switch is on or off at the top of the stairs. This was wired properly, but of course I just pulled out the old light and didn't pay attention to how it was wired.

Here is a crude diagram of whats going on. Assume all grounds are in and done.

Power in black to cable 2 black, along with the white from the cable going to the switch. Black from the cable coming from the switch goes to black from fixture cable.

Power in white to cellar and light fixture white.

The light switch will just be the 2 wires at the switch box.

The now hot white needs to be remarked by tape or magic marker. Use black or red.
