How many romex cables can be run through the same bore hole in the floor joists?

I currently have three 12-2 romex cables going through the the floorjoists in the basement from one wall to the opposing wall ( about 15') that were put in when the house was built 5 years ago. I want to run one more 12-3 romex cable to install outlets, a switch, etc. and was wondering if there is any issues with running the 12-3 cable through or if I need to drill new holes? The cable pulls through fairly easily so long as it doesnt have sharp bends. The only thing I can imagine might apply is the size of the hole and derating, although reading I get the feeling this is ok.
So to recap, is there a problem with three 12-2 and one 12-3 cable running together through the same hole in about 12 floor joists? These bore holes are not insulated with any sort of foam or anything.
