how to identify a ceiling fan box

I am replacing a ceiling fan and am wondering if the existing box is actually a fan rate box or not. How do I tell?

On the boxes I have installed all had a label or were stamped "Fan Support Rated".

If you can post a pic someone should be able to confirm.

Fan boxes are usually a heavier gauge steel and are attached with bigger screws. They usually should be screwed directly to a framing member.
