Lexington Electric Products Panel Breaker?

Hi All,
I have to replace a breaker in our church. It has a Lexington Electric Products Inc. Panel. ( Model: K51982)

it has switch breakers that look like they screw into the center bus bar, but I cant be sure. ( it looks like there may be a blade contact under the breaker and the screw --which is half way up the breaker, on par with the "in" hot screw, may just mount it to the panel) Wondering if anyone has had success geting a 15amp breaker for this panel in Northern NJ

SquareD panels are manufactured in Lexington Kentucky. Do you see SquareD anywhere?

That's a new one on me. Can you post some pictures of the panel and breaker? How old would you guess it is, same age as the church?

pretty sure its not a Square D.

It is a double panel with a shared cover. Let me see if I can get some pics
