Flickering Lights

I have number of lights in my house that have started to flicker like the circuit is being loaded down. It seems (have checked breakers) that its only located on 1 breaker. I have both bathroom ceiling fans/CFLs and incandesent lights all on that breaker.

Would this be a bad breaker or a short or something else?

Is it a dimming rather than an actual flicker? With nothing turned on in the bathroom does this happen? I have had breakers that were faulty and erratic. Try substituting the breaker to remove that possibilty.

This could be a sign of a loose connection.

If this is all over the house you need to call the power company to rule out a loose neutral connection. They are available 24/7/365 and show be free.
