Plastic connectors and box fill

I can't seem to find the answer to this anywhere...

Do those black plastic connectors (for NM cable) that you snap in a knockout from the outside of a metal box count toward anything in box fill calculations? (These are the kind that have some kind of "teeth" that grab the wire so it can't be pulled back out of the box.)

No, the do not count towards box fill as they are not an internal clamp.
