Two wires in a circuit breaker

I want to use a GE-40C breaker by putting two wires in it.Installing new A/c and want additional line. This CB is used in winter by heat and would like to use in summer for A/C. This is the only place I can get to line (at box). Where box is ,I can't splice into wire, outside of main box.

Breakers are not normally rated for two wires. Best procedure is to pigtail the wires and run the pigtail to the breaker.
