Switch/Outlet

Ok I have a switch that controlls two different outlets in my garage, I would like to make one outlet hot all the time for garage door openers and one still controlled by the switch for shop lights. by two different outlets I mean two different sets of 2 plugins, they are about 13 feet apart. There are about 10 other outlets in the garage that are always hot but the two in the ceiling are cantrolled by the switch and I just need to cut that down to 1. Can anyone help me with this, I just bought this house about 2 months ago and I am 24 and new to all of this but I think with a little guidence I can do this myself so please anyone?

First we will need to find out how the receptacles and switch are wired. Can you tell the color and number of wires in the boxes and connected to the switch and receptacle?
