GFCI, Toggles and Rockers

I have a GFCI duplex outlets (always hot) in the same box with dual toggles. The toggles control a light and a garbage disposal. The toggles work correctly. I want to replace the toggles with a Pass & Seymour double pole rockers.

I have one white, 2 black and a grey wire (+ground).

The rocker has a black terminal on each side and two brass terminals on the same side.

I believe there is also a "knock out" on the rocker switch to create two circuits(?)

I can't get the right wiring pattern.

If you could post the part number or the wiring instructions it would help greatly.

Are both switches on the same breaker? If so is there a brass tab on one side of the current duplex switch? Is there only one wire on that side? If so that wire goes to the side of the Decor duplex switch with a tab and the other two wires go to the screws on the other side.
