Wiring a Leeson 1/2 115 VAC Motor

I bought a Leeson 1/2 hp motor to motorize my meat grinder and after getting it home I realized there were no wiring instructions to wire it to a single pole switch. I looked up the model # A4S17DR60 and Cat #102891 on the Leeson website and found absolutely nothing. Has anyone on here ever wired on of these motors for 115v. The diagram on the exterior of the motor post #4 is a yellow wire and Line #1 is supposed to also be hooked up to post #4. Post 5 has a blu wire attached to it and it says post #1 takes Line #2. I'm not the smartst guy in the world but would Line 1 be the white primary wire and line #2 the black wire? Anybody that could help I would sure appreciate your input, I've got venison to grind and make some summer sausage.

Black and white are the line wires. It doesn't matter which one is line 1 or line 2. If you're wiring through a switch, the black wire should be broken by the switch.
