Question

Some dryers say 208/240 volt and have a big plug that you would normally see on a dryer. This dryer I bought doesn't have a plug on it, I need to put one on, it says 120/240 volt. Do I use the big plug or does it take the same kind of plug as on a washing machine.

No, do not use a cord for a washing machine.

Go almost anywhere and buy a plug and cord that is specifically marked for clothes dryers. You can find this at any appliance store for less than $10, and probably at a lot of other stores -- including places like KMart.
