What size Resistor?

I finally figured out a way to get bases off of the lamps, but I do not know what size resistor to use with my led. It was a spare from a set of 50 ge constant on led lights. The tag says to use 3v 0.066 watt replacement lamps. Thanks and happy new year!!!
