Post Use Indoor Electric Oven Outdoors?

I have an extra electric indoor Viking double oven which I removed from my kitchen. I live in AZ and was wondering if there was any way that I could use it in an outdoor kitchen. I would encase around it in block, but it would still obviously be subject to moisture and the front exposed to rain.

Thanks very much in advance if you have any advice.

How about a door on front that could be closed when not in use?

It voilates approved and listed to leave it exposed like that. The door should be acceptable.
