Is this multi wired circuit wired correctly?

I'm running a multi wire circuit to my shed. I have 4 wires (black, red, green, and white). I will have both hots going into a 20 amp dpst switch. After the first GFCI, I am going to run 2 or 3 more outlets for power tools. After the second, I am going to run some lights. I just want to know if I am doing this correctly. Is the diagram acceptable?

Your diagram looks correct as far as the receptacles are concerned but, I don't see how you intend to feed the lights. In your post it appears as you're going to protect the lights with the GFI however, only the receptacles need to be protected not the lights.

You want to feed the lights from the line side of one of your GFI's so if it trips you won't be in the dark.

PS. Don't forget to use a double pole breaker in your house panel.
