GFCI breaker reversed?
Hi,
I have had a strange problem and greatly appreciate any helps here.
There are 4 receptacles in my bathroom, one with a GFCI breaker in it. I plugged in a 1500W heater last night and it lost power after ~20 minutes. I tried to reset the GFCI breaker but the power still didn't come to those receptacles. This morning, I noticed that when I pushed the "test" button on the GFCI breaker, the receptacle with the GFCI powered up, but not the other three. When I push the "reset" button, all 4 receptacles lost power. Does this mean that the GFCI is broken or something else is wrong?
Thanks.

I suspect the large load placed by the heater on a connection in the circuit caused it to fail. I would turn off the breaker and start looking for a loose connection. This could be at the last working or first non-working receptacle.
