What kind of GFCI receptacle do I need for my basement

There are no GFCI receptacles in my house at this time, but I plan on changing that soon.

The are two receptacles in my basement, which has a cement floor. One is for my washing machine and the receptacle is about 4 feet up on the wall, the other one is close to the floor.

Water comes through my cinder block wall and gets around the washing machine but the water does not get close to the other receptacle.

Do I need to use regular GFCI receptacles or those marked GFCI Weather-Resistant (WR)?

Either would be acceptable.
